Unit has a locking latch which can be used with, or without, its key.  Container is standard recycling blue. Extra Large 50 Gallon capacity is perfect for high traffic areas or for reducing maintenance costs by reducing the frequency of emptying unit. Container base supports tie-downs for secure placement.
